Justin Timberlake has been to Coachella many times — “on many different, um, substances,” the singer says in a report circulating the web in the last few days.
His comments came at the end of a Q&A while Timberlake was playing South by Southwest — his first “big festival show.”
According to the MySpace.com interview posted March 20 (a story since picked up by sources from Huffington Post to The Mirror):

about bringing music to the film fest, a la SXSW

The desert film festival even sent two people to Austin, Texas, to check out the music component of SXSW, which starts Friday and runs through March 17. The annual fest also includes film and technology events.
Palm Springs film fest chairman Harold Matzner told Fessier that SXSW is “pretty hip,” but he’s looking at tweaking the formula by holding music events daily after screenings.
“What I’m thinking about is overlapping the film with the music at night at venues and then doing something a little separate a few days after,” he told Fessier.
