Goldenvoice announced that first weekend Coachella Festival 2013 passes will be available online for local residents.
Tickets are still sold out to residents living outside of these area codes:
92201, 92202, 92203, 92210, 92211, 92230, 92234, 92236, 92240-92241, 92253, 92255, 92258, 92260, 92261-92264, 92270, 92274, 92275, 92276, and 92292.
Prices for passes are $349 with all fees included.

No, you have not missed the details about a local Coachella sale.
Goldenvoice will release details about the sale in “the next week or so,” a spokeswoman told The Desert Sun on Tuesday.
Anxiety over the access to a semi-private sale hyped up this week after Coachella Weekend 1 wristbands began arriving in mailboxes around the world.
Goldenvoice has not released any details at all about who will be eligible or when the sale will be held.
The local sale was much earlier last year , when the promoter sold 1,000 passes to east Coachella Valley residents on Jan. 28 for each of the two Coachella weekends and Stagecoach.
Last year it was open to residents of ZIP codes 92201, 92203, 92236, 92241, 92253 and 92274 are allowed to purchase the tickets.

Goldenvoice released its April concert calendar on Feb. 25.
Goldenvoice released its lineup for April shows — also known as your chance to catch Coachella artists in other venues.
Tickets to the 33-plus shows will go on sale as early as March 1.
Among the lineup:
Aesop Rock at the Constellation Room on April 16
Rodriguez at The Orpheum on April 16
Franz Ferdinand at The Fonda on April 16
2 Chainz at the Observatory on April 18
Vampire Weekend at Fox Theater on April 18
Spiritualized will play April 15 and Franz Ferdinand on April 18,
both at Pappy and Harriet’s in Pioneertown.
But don’t forget the biggest bonus show of them all:
Tachevah block party on April 17.
The Desert Sun and Goldenvoice will team up for a free celebration of music in downtown Palm Springs. Three voter-chosen bands and one Goldenvoice headliner will play.
Coachella is slated for April 12-14 and April 19-21 at the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio. Wristbands are sold out.
Goldenvoice has announced
it will hold an additional sale for local residents, but it has not released details (including when that sale will be or who will be eligible).
