Country classic Alabama and recent Academy of Country Music award winner Jason Aldean closed out Stagecoach day one with back-to-back sets.

In the first celebrity cameo of the festival, pop superstar Kelly Clarkson joined Aldean onstage for their award-winning single “Don’t You Wanna Stay.”

(Though was it a real cameo? Verdict is out. The crowd sure responded like it, but reaction later on Twitter was mixed. Some say it was a pre-recorded video. Some say she was up on stage. I was too far back to say for sure, though I thought it was really her!)

Either way, the 50,000-plus fans at Stagecoach definitely want to stay a little while.

“You guys know how to party!” Aldean said in his third Stagecoach appearance.
