I don’t envy whoever’s in charge of this year’s Coachella lost and found inventory.
The catalog of left-behind personal items at Coachella 2013 totals about 750 — including 407 loose IDs, cards and passports.
But it seems like the increased attendance of this year’s festival — up by about 10,000 from Coachella 2012 — led to a higher concentration of responsible festival-goers, considering last year saw nearly 900 lost and found items catalogued.

Festival workers are apparently having more trouble this year with cell phones, though — more people are adding lock codes to their phones, “making it near impossible” to find the owners.
